CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice Requirement for cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid a fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 35% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may have their service shortened and charged a late cancellation fee. Emergency Exceptions I understand things happens. Any charges after one emergency is under the owners discretion. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit may be required for new clients or high-demand services, which will be applied to the service cost. How to Cancel Clients must cancel via phone call, or online booking system.
